I'm hijacking my own thread! Just got another Sony today, a super clean WM-103, but he is missing his butt...no battery compartment. Anyone know a good source/user for finding it? I believe that particular battery compartment was interchangeable from numerous models. Thx for any help guys!
jep, this will be a mission ! @ cassette2go: the 100-series did come with option for gumstick, but against 150-series it was NOT internal, that came with a compartment like for AA's, just flat sacguy, can you put that unit on a scanner to see the bottom better ?
17 may 2006 I bought these gumstick batteries IMG_0383 Gumstick New Sony NH-14WM Rechargeable batteries from Asia I still have the 2 new in their package // I wonder if they are any good still? p.s. I paid $20.00 usd back when for Four of these new in package shipped from overseas in aisa I don't know from where exactly ( just ebay ) as my records are not so good from that long ago

i see "Hong Kong" on the package and chinese characters "中国香港" on the stamps, so it must be shipped form Hongkong, China.
