    That's the question.

I've found an mint D6-C Walkman with case and 4 metal tapes for 500 BRL (135USD). I asked the seller if he accepts exchange on my WR-TC645S deck and he sad yes. But the question is the deck is very good at recording, has Dolby S, RMS, track selector.. may worth an change for an D6-C Walkman?

Will he be able to record music with an good quality, as the deck does?

So you want to trade your Sony reel to reel with a D6C?? IS D6C in good working condition? in that case I would definitely recommend it

The quality of the d6c will never match that of your reel to reel, that's a fact. it really depends on what you want. If you want to listen on the go then you sacrifice some quality for portability. If the D6C is in working conition then maybe for it. It's all on you

Command8 the WR-TC645S is not a Reel to Reel but a dual tape deck.

Gailherme Andreas if you are interested in all the features you listed for your WR-TC645S then the D6C will not do it, the choice of exchange is yours depending on what you want to do with the unit.

The d6c is fantastic but it does not have a manual bias control
