Would you know which model this is? If I can buy an antenna that fits, I would like to give it a try - although I don't want to start collecting boomboxes due to their size!

We never see them around here, I've said it before, it would be fascinating to see the sales numbers for different countries. I keep getting "special pricing" from ebay for UK boomboxes but shipping is a killer, you guys got some neat stuff we never saw.
i think the cw200 was sold in most countries mr x but it is very rare anywhere because the woofers always need a re foam so most people im guessing threw them out not sure about the cw 55 i dont think i have ever seen them in the usa........last time i saw a 200 for sale the nutters were asking a couple of grand....i had the 55 back in the day but always wanted the 200 but never had one back then lad.....im so looking forward to my 9800 lad i have wanted one for about 15 years but the silly prices man lol
It's hard to go wrong with Pioneer, their good stuff never lets you down, they were a powerhouse back then. My small collection of CS Speakers is kind of a drag but at least even they went up in value over the last 10 years. When I have some time I'm going to refoam my big Marantz Speakers and maybe bring a mid-size Pioneer Amp from the shop to do some Marantz/Pioneer Critical Listening..... Or just crank up some LA Guns......
