Got this from ebay for cheap and it sounds awsome! Needs a bath too lol. It has one problem i hope someone can help me with,the tuning dial moves fine but wont change station its just static. If you know a fix for that let me know!
Hello, Unusually looking box you've got there. Thank you for the picture. The tuning dial issue is possibly caused by the tuning cord being too loose around the pulley of the variable capacitor, so it can't change frequencies. You will need to open it to see exactly what's happening, you may need to put the cord back on a pulley / or tighten it up / or replace it.
This Panny is a nice good sounding nice looking box - congrats! I have the same model, but an JDM one, by National. There is also the same model under National Panasonic brand, with more tuner bands.
