I need some advice on my wm-11.

Am I missing a belt or any other parts? It doesn't ff or rw however, play works well.

    Thanks. P_20180514_211832_1.jpg

I think you're missing either: a gear, a thin rubber/felt ring, a small plastic ring, a spring, and a retaining ring or just a spring, and a retaining ring. All part of the black gear assembly to the right of the capstan flywheel.

This model uses an idler for the take up spindle during play mode and gears for FF & Rew. You're missing is the slip clutch assembly of the gear system. If you find the parts stack in on top of the black gear in to make this order:
    |
Retaning ring - Holds everything together and gives tension
Plastic ring - Counter surface for the spring
Spring - Press force for the slip clutch
Gear - Transfers rotation from flywheel
    Felt/rubber ring - Provides slip
Gear (already there) - Drives the spindle gears
    |
Can't see from your pic if you're missing a gear or not.
