I was given this cassette player/recorder by a friend who purchased it about 10 years ago. It was still new in box and I can see why-- it doesn't have a US plug on it. What's even more interesting is that, while the unit was purchased in 2008, the company seems to have gone bankrupt and disappeared sometime before that in 2007 (judging from archive.org snapshots). Additionally, while their website did mention the "Plusdeck2", there is no mention at all for the "PlusDeck EX" product. I wonder if this was even marketed at all or if it is some old stock that was auctioned off after liquidation, some of which was purchased by the web store who also were unaware that it wasn't meant to be sold in the United States. The player/recorder comes with the original box and unit, power cable, all documentation, and original sales receipt with the price on it ($265!) Be the first to acquire this rare form of unobtanium! I will accept whatever anyone feels it's valued at for sale, plus added shipping. I live on the east coast USA and will ship overseas. At a minimum I think it's worth at least $20 USD but I'm still open to offers if you can justify it.
It's actually kind of cool looking, I believe it was expensive back then, tape was really in the ditch at that time. If your in MN let me know.... With a little looking, plusdeck was a Korean Company, I vaguely remember these guys and think I was going to look for a unit like this back then but never found one locally. https://web.archive.org/web/20050424035309/http://www.plusdeck.com:80/
