Hey there, my name's Jax. The only vintage audio equipment I have is a portable CD player, but I'm extremely interested in Walkmans, Discmans, and other portable audio players including MP3 players. I have my eye on a cassette Walkman right now, so maybe I'll have it soon or maybe I won't. I'm just hanging around for now.
It starts with one, then you find a box of cassettes, then you see a boombox in a garage, then more cassettes, then it's a never-ending cycle. Welcome, it's a great hobby and it can be really fun, no matter why you like it.
i got my first walkman when i was about 22 (2014) be warned some need new belts or other repairs so just be mindful of that
