Gumstick chargers ?

Anyone know what a good gumstick charger is and where to find a cheap one ?
For example I found this one, but it isn't available anymore :

I found a few other chargers on ebay but they are quite expensive if you ask me.

I'd recommend getting a smart charger. Far more convenient and fast. I use the Sony BC-9HA. You can also solder a gumstick holder to a modern smart charger's terminals.

Some time ago I emailed Vapex asking for a charger and they said they do not sell it nor they know who could sell it.
I currently use the charger that came with the walkman's, luckily the supplied current is fine for modern NimH batteries.

 

Yes I would try this. There’s many later walkmans available with a gumstick charger included. eBay has a few Panasonics
