After a terrible year so far for me - Losing my beautiful Orange Cat Botel in February & then losing my gorgeous Diana in March.........It was definitely time for something really good to happen:

& It Has!! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Meet W'Orange, my 8 week old bundle of gorgeous "Orangeness"

Found almost by chance yesterday, I couldn't get to Dorking in Surrey quick enough [IMG] Into the Avensis & up the A24 - 40 mins later, two large litters of beautiful little cats greeted me but only ONE Orange Cat! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

A longer drive home due to rush hour, but not too bad really as he slept nearly all the way home....

Early evening & W'Orange was ready to leave the cat carrier & welcomed into his new home & my little family - Captured in 4K video & with plenty of images too - You can be certain to see this little man grow up into a "Full Orange Cat" [IMG]:D

He is so very naughty & so full of energy but a joy to watch & enjoy his antics!! [IMG]

I Give You: W'Orange My Little Orange Cat!!

I love him already, he has made me smile again after a desperately sad couple of months!!

Hi Nick you do not know me but I was so sorry when you lost your cat and then your Partner I have just lost our two cats Mylo and Emma within a month of each other with strokes .They were quite old but nevertheless it still hurts and I miss them so much . It is little Emmy on my Icon. It was therefore lovely to see your orange kitten W'orange today which cheered me up > I hope she has a long and contented life with you. Philip

While we don't quite know each other (especially since I'm still fairly fresh on here), I've read about the things that happened to you in recent times and it has been quite a ride... I can say it's good to see that there's at least some happiness coming back to your life in the form of this cute orange cat. I hope he'll bring you lots of joy, he certainly looks extremely adorable! :)

WHAT A LOVELY KITTEN AND A JOY TO SEE ! I pick up a new cat on Friday after losing my two of 15 years both within a month of each other .He was a stray who was run over and he was taken to a vet who saved his life although he lost his right eye and had a broken jaw . He has had a rough tIme as well as being castrated ! I thought I might call him Nelson

Ah, yes, we're all softies for cute animal pictures and cute animal videos. Aren't they among the top draws on YouTube? (Clearly outdoing even boomboxing videos.;))

Your large, clear photographs certainly aren't confined to your stereo repair projects, sir. They're used here more purrfect-ly.

As others have been telling you, Mr Eccles: that tawny feline certainly looks sweet, even when asleep on his side, perhaps exhausted from all his antics that you speak of. A good thing that the black Labrador we see is in no mood to try dining on caramel furball, unlike the old "dogs chase cats and try to eat them" stereotypes some people are raised with. The dog must have been raised with kittens from "puppyhood," yes?

Lest I forget: that is a rather sizeable steel bowl (photo' 6, first posting). Just how much water are domestic cats of any breed meant to lap up in a day, perhaps especially on a cooler, non-summer day? A good thing the little tom didn't fall in and risk never coming out, eh? (Was the bowl meant for the dark woof-woof?)

Uh, Mr Eccles, who is (or was) Diana? In this topic's April 18, 2019 starting post, you mentioned losing her. The member, Philip Taylor, understands her to have been you partner. Your intimate partner, I suppose? She, uh, wouldn't have been the lady who we once saw kneeling (on the shag rug, I think) in your home, wearing a tank top (black?) and denim skirt, holding a knife poised over the top of the carton containing a vintage boombox that you had just received? (The Maximal 3040, I think.) Or do I miss the mark?

Well, thanks for sharing these endearing images.
