Appears there is a serious resurgence of analog cassette deck & tape collecting, which is emphasized with several essential book publications. Check this one out:

Just released as a booklet. Available from the cdJapan.co.jp web site, priced at $20 USD, and postal delivery another ~ $20 USD:

Great & enjoy the excellent photo images.

Any ideas on how we can optical letter scan (OCR enabled) with Japanese characters and translate captions?

I'm pondering the potential of recreating an e-booklet ......

    Cheers,

Here's the table of contents and intro page translation - A bit rough translation language, but mostly legible:

The most familiar "Nakamichi" publications in japanese language

    MB-V300 / MB-H300 / MB-K300 ...

However, as far as I know, only Nakamichi has been published in the past. | No book has been published, so I thought it should be kept in future generations and decided to accept it.

Nakamichi has released a series of very original products, including the charisma of founder Etsuro Nakamichi, and has been a longing brand for those who enjoy audio as a hobby during the audio heyday. I am one of them, and even now I cannot supplement that strength. This time, from my collection, the Nakamichi brand home audio domestic model was compiled this time, but it is up to the Nakamichi collector merit to have all of them proposed and submitted. If possible, I would like to interact with Nakamichi fans in places to actually see and write.

It's a miracle, and I don't think it's hard to put all the Nakamichi into the book and always forget that the domestic audio of that time is forgotten. In particular, the field of cassette decks (cassette tapes), which have become the pinnacle of the world, is the true value of domestic audio.

    (Hitoju Tobimatsu)

But I think that ultimately Nakamichi should be passed on to future generations.

I would like to leave this shining moon as a document at this opportunity, ask almost all of that raised to Mr. Tobimatsu,
If you can feel a part of Michi's interaction with all the moons and half holidays as sacrificed bamboo shoots, this book is it.

I looked for books, and they have a lot of book stores, but you have to go through them one at a time and since they're under 1/2", there's hundreds of them. The language barrier doesn't help, they call them radio-cassettes, not boomboxes and most of the younger generation doesn't know what they are.

My buddy has an app on his phone, the camera acts as a scanner reading the writing and translating it, it does it in real time.
