What a cool looking feature packed mono, its so small to! It has no power at all, i plug in a 9v supply and nothing works. However, when i touch the small lead that comes off the side of the adaptor, specifically the tip of it, the radio fires into life. Some work needed perhaps or a different adaptor needed. Well its in the repair queue now!
Assuming it is a barrel type plug is the hole in the middle too big ? I have had that happen before as there seems to be several different sizes of plug.
I think you could be right Nick my ol fruit. It is in the repair queue and will go in soon.... hope i can get her running.
Wait. Is this the one that I gave repair advice on in the other forum? What happened with that, did you do the tests I suggested to verify the source of the problem?
