    Hello,

I fixed my WM-7 (New belts, new pinch rollers and a few new Cs) but it is still humming of the Motor in the headphones. It Works ok now but i want the humming Go away. It has always the Same Volume and is noticable when the Volume is turned to 0, if i Turn it louder the humming will stay but the Tape hiss will be louder then.

i changed C305 and C306 and hoped That it will Go away. I got the feeling That it‘s a little Bit More quiet than before but still there. A friend told me That it‘s May the Little Blue ones but there is no value Printed on them. I Downloaded the SM but the Scan is Too Bad, so i can Not See which Values they have.

So if anybody has an readable SM may you could say me which Values the tiny Blue Tantal Capacitors have (C323, C604, C312, C107, C207, C116, C303, C324).

I guess That would help me!

    Thanks a Lot!

    Cheers Tobi

We have a thread around here somewhere that has a bunch of models and their capacitors, it may be in the "forum reader." Use Google to search, it works better, ie.... "wm-7 capacitors, site:stereo2go.com"

    Here's the service manual:

I found a Thread, but Nothing about WM-7. as i Said the SM doesn‘t help me because i can not read the values of the caps because the Scan quality is Too Bad.
