Looking for a little input. I have a Denon DCP-150 that is still new in the box (Never Played NOS) It has been looked at, but from what I can tell never plugged in or turned on. All original still in the box. Everything is present, including new stickers on the unit. It looks great, mint actually. I've had it for a few years, just sitting on it. I bought it from a collector along with some other pieces. This was definitely the cream of the crop. Thinking about selling it, asking price? Any input? Thanks in advance, George P.
Definitely a Grail...!!! From what I hear folks are looking for a $10 buy at local garage/carboot sales. Or Estate sales as must have been your catch. Folks residing at our sister site Boomboxery sometimes respond to such Q with a bit of rudeness, I do not know why. But. To counter misunderstanding let me ask - how much did you pay for the Lot which included this DCP-150? To answer your Q: being one of those crazies who collects Discmans I would pay $1-2k for a minty-boxed DCP-150, but from what I remember being sold on eBay over the last 10 years the sale prices were in $500-$1,500 range. One funny thing about DCP-150 sellers is that usually its bidding, not BuyNow listings meaning that folks are pretty sure that within 7-10 days of the auction it will be noticed by crazies like me. Do not expect $10k as most collectible AIWA and Sony Walkmans fetch
