Sony WM-F701C Change the radio band to 88 - 108Mhz

    Take out main battery and backup battery from cassette cover.
    Press and hold Radio ON and Tun(+)
    Insert main battery
    release Radio On and Tun (+)
    Radio switched on 87,5 mhz
    Insert backup battery

    You might need to remove the battery and reinsert before inserting the backup button battery.

    worked for me :)
