    Hi,
I found an Aiwa HS-P09 in good shape at a thrift store for 40 Euro.
With the new Belt (phonohifishop) everything plays fine.
Autoreverse seems to work without a Tape.
So i give it a try with one of my best Mixtapes. (Sony UX-S 60)
The Mechanism didn`t swap the Pinch roller and eats the Tape (Bandsalat).

    This is what i found.

    A broken Gear C .
For a better View without the Spring and Gear B.

    1. Attempt with superglue. Failed .

    2. Attempt with a Hull.
I found a hollow rivet which was just a bit to small.
I deep froze the Gear C and boiled the rivet and pressed it together.
First it works very good . The Pinch roller swaps but the speed was not good .
It sounds like chipmunk and there was a noise in the gear.

The connection was not in the right angle and the collar from the rivet was rubbing.
I carefully disassembled everything and cut the collar off.

Pressed it together and checked that the Gear B was moving on the felt washer.

It is a really good connection and the speed is stable on both sides.

Sadly i can hear to much wow and flutter in both direction.
    With different and good cassettes.
The belt is a new one from phonohifi and looks very good 0.6mm .
    I cleaned everything very carefully.
All the moving parts capstan etc. are clean
and with a drop of oil or grease running fine.
Capstan shaft is shiny and have good contact with the pinch roller.
I don`t think it is the motor but i didn`t open it.
    Is this even possible?
    So what`s left?
Pinch roller 7,5x 6x 1,5 mm could not find a replacement.
    I found these
    https://fixyouraudio.com/product/pinch-roller-6-x-5-x-1-5-mm-for-cassette-players/
The 6mm is to small but there is no space for a 9mm one
What`s about a servo feedback circuit for the motor is there one ?
I don`t have the schematic for the board.
    All the caps are original.
What would be the first thing to look at ?

I was able to bring a little bit of mechanical oil into the motorspindle

and replaced the belt again (fixyouraudio) and this belt improves
    the W&F .

So after listening to different cassettes i can say it is a very nice unit.

Small buttens but easy to push.
The auto reverse still works perfect.
