Hello all, not sure if i am doing this correctly. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this helpful resourse. I appreciate all of the time and hard work that must go into organizing and moderating this sight. It is good to know this resource is still her 20230216_040001.jpg e. I want to say i was on here a couple times in the past. Looking forward to reading where restoring and restoration tech has come in the past 10 or 12 years. I grew up as a teenager during the golden era of boomboxes and portables and i see alot of generations after are also into the same feeling you get when you have a battery operated stereo to take out into public. There is still something nostalgic about listening to a boombox outside. For example, taking your boombox down to the ball court blazing mixtapes all afternoon, game after game, there's nothing like it. Or when taking your favorite mixtape with a walkman for a walk or a jog, it's a good feeling. I have a few pieces that i am gonna try to finish restoring and a couple pieces i have to clear out because i am never home to tinker with stereos these days. Also i am very satified with my bluetooth. Thanks for reading. I hope to meet people, learn and share few things here, this is good readings

Welcome to the forum, I usually have a boombox or headphones blazing at any time. I spend a lot of time working on the house/car/shop and love my portables.

It looks like you have some gems already and a record collection! Feel free to post about your adventures in sonics.
