Hi all! Not had a lot of time to visit the site recently, been working hard and trying to earn some money. Got to a couple of car boot sales yesterday and this morning and found these two for silly money so couldn't say no. Yesterday I found the Aiwa. Really nice cosmetic condition. Tapes are not working but that's to be expected. Have cleared it up a bit, it was not this shiny on the stall. Sounds nice, very loud for its size but distorts at the very top volume. Also picked up this Sony MDS-PC1 Minidisc deck this morning which is working great! Have had a listen through headphones and all good. Currently overwriting an old Minidisc for 80 mins just to test it out and keep it on for a while. I'm too tired to start connecting it to anything else right now. Can't find a lot of info on-line which is a bit unusual but managed to download a full copy of the operating manual and what I could find suggests its a deck from around 1998.
