A Sony DD2 for Christmas... in 2024! Sounds great I love it The present day is pretty messed up / screwed up to put it mildly. As a kid I used to fantasize about time machines and what it would be like... to visit earlier time periods. With each passing year it seems a better idea than ever! Oh and eventually get the courage to pull off the old lottery trick...you know... where I get tomorrows winning numbers
Don't worry about when you were born, it's more important to have the passion and enthusiasm for cool historical stuff. Personally I find working on vintage equipment good for my brain and I've been saving these neat artifacts that would have been thrown out otherwise.
