Does anyone know what can I use to replace it? I tried using one from a Walkman wm 22 but is too tick and I’m not even sure what is the material of this hard plastic or soft? What’s the thickness? Thank you !

The washer is very thin, something like 0.05mm. Material is nylon.
Measured the dimensions of that washer at some point, but can't find it at the moment.

No, don't think nitril glove would work as it's not a slippery material.
Function is exactly the opposite, to reduce friction between the 2 parts so the magnet doesn't rub on the metal disc.
It also raises the magnet so it's not in contact at all with the disc, rather there's friction only at the washer and middle plastic hub.

During operation these 2 parts always rotate at different speeds, due to clutch slipping.

As a sidenote, no need to quote previous posts.

I asked to fix your audio and they don’t have one to replace sadly, but they suggested me to buy ptfe film and make one from that , but they didn’t mention the thickness , i found 0.03mm or 0,05 mm or more, it would be fantastic if you found the actual thickness so i could buy the right one. Thank you!

Can't find where I written down the dimensions at the moment. Will update the thread later on if I do.
But any thickness between 0.05mm and 0.1mm will be fine. I would go for the 0.08mm from that listing.
This thickness is important only in the aspect of gear engagement, meaning if it's very thick magnet gear raises too much it won't properly engage with the reel gear.

You can make such things out of "clamshell" packaging, such as vegetables, cookies etc. are sold in. They are clear flat plastic in many different thicknesses.
