Hello all, I have a HS-JX707 and am looking to swap the brushed chrome control panel that's around the buttons with a donor piece that's in mint shape. The part is officially called "Frame, Center". I am wondering if those who've worked on JX707 units can give me some advice. I looked at the service manual disassembly procedure. There's a couple of disassembly steps before reaching the "Frame, Center"/control panel piece. I was wondering, do I need to disassemble the unit in order as described in the service manual, or can I just go ahead and remove the rear cabinet panel and get to the control panel piece without removing the door and cassette holder assembly? Does the piece come off easily at all? Thanks in advance! --Will
