How is the boombox culture on the streets of your country? Here in Spain it was more absent during the arrival of the discman, later mp3 players and smartphones. You did not see anyone carrying a large cassette radio in parks, sports fields or any other place where young people gathered and enjoyed the moment.

Today it has revived here mostly with the more than common bluetooth speakers. In my opinion, I think that part of the charm of this culture is lost in this renaissance that has taken place in recent years. The sound quality too artificial and most of the music that is heard is absent of quality :( is missing see groups of friends or just a person walk and enjoy your boombox style 80s for my country, they do encounters around these devices.

Now I would like to know what is the boombox culture in the rest of the world. A great greeting!

Here in suburban America, the only time I see it is when some 13 year old kid has a cheap little Bluetooth speaker strapped to his backpack or bicycle.
