So just an introduction on how I got into cassette players. Basically was throwing out some old stuff at home and found my FX-56 Walkman from high school. Didn't work anymore so I decided to see if there were any for sale on ebay and found a whole new world of nostalgia. So two years later I have a whole bunch of walkmans mainly Sony. Lately I've been buying, repairing and selling. Getting into cassette decks now but it's very hard to find good decks in Australia. Most are in Europe, Japan and in the US. I work as a technician for a printer company so I love taking things apart and fixing them. Great to be on this site and to see so many other people that share in this passion.
