Back in the 1980s I bought a couple of record cleaners that had a very soft sticky rubber roller about 10cm wide mounted on a handle. You rolled it on the record and dust would stick to it. When it got too dusty you could wash it. Some HIFi magazines claimed it could leave sticky stuff in the grooves but I always found it easy to use and effective.

I just found the first one I had on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nagaoka-CL-1000-Rolling-Record-Cleaner/dp/B008ABPH2C although when I bought one it was about the price of an LP. The cheaper alternative is getting better reviews mainly because of the slightly more reasonable price https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tonar-Tacky-Rolling-Record-Cleaner/dp/B00KACQCVY

Longman, I've got a Szuch Cleaning Roller that I picked up a few years ago, it's silicon and you wash it off when it's dirty. It's very effective at getting the little spots of stuff that my Discwasher won't. The Discwasher is very similar to the Groovewasher but I don't know how they gave any of these great ratings but I might try some since some of my albums are extremely dirty. I only have a small stack of albums out right now but when I get my system sorted I'll be exploring some better cleaning options.
