Long story short, I couldn't get to a record store on vinyl day, but I follow Disturbed, having a full set of their vinyl releases. Well, up until a short while ago.... I'll explain....

They released, "The Lost Children," on vinyl especially for that event, (obviously I already have it on CD) but I can't find a vinyl copy. Also, Disturbed themselves haven't responded to a fan in trouble.

This is a last ditch effort, really, to find anyone who might know anything of how I could get hold of this release.

Incredible. It was quite a limited run.... but yet, they're up there! Many thanks.

Yes some people don't buy because they want, but to sell and make money.

I work for a gallery and we had an exhibition the other day which the artist was at. He signed some T-Shirts, i think it was limited to 500 @ £300 each and people queued round the block in the rain for them. By the following day i saw them on eBay for £500 each.

Yeah, the profiteering is nuts. There's a 1999 demo tape for Disturbed, but it's going for more than I can afford. Maybe some day I'll win the lottery :)

Even if you did win the lottery, why would you pay that? unless it really means a lot to you.

Well, I suppose it did, until Disturbed's team couldn't be bothered to talk with me. Guess I've got some thinking to do.
