Just in case people wanted to see this two parts together (battery pack and cable with plug soldered) connected with Aiwa P202 (and checked with PC202) works great if batteries / accus give about 2,5v , I have some accus that both give more than 2,7v and they don't work with this or the original battery pack. I don't know why, as I've read MagneticBlood used liion battery but I guess it was connected inside.

Shipping costs more than those parts, battery pack has the cover too. One battery pack assembled cost about 4$ (it would be cheaper when bought more, shipping costs for one is 4 times the price of battery back).

I know it's not pretty or not as convienient as standard battery pack, I will think of better option, but it's cheap and easy to do.

Battery pack and plug DC 3,5mm x 1,35mm (with cable but it's not necessary as battery pack has one).

Plug and battery pack were bought on Aliexpress, but I guess it can be bought on eBay or electronic store too.
