    Hello Gavin

People will be interested to here what is in your collection, and even better see some photos.

This weekend I am at my Mums house. Within arms reach I have a Realistic DX440 radio,
Kawai X50D keyboard and Casio Databank watch.

That is just overspill from my own house !

There we are. Sorry I'm traveling at the moment but here's my Sony Icf-7600a and my Casio wavecepter Wvam640

The Sony is in gorgeous shape. I do need a case for it though. Anybody know a good source for felt sacks or sleeves?

I have both the 7600DS (bought new in 1989) and the 7600GR

The 7600DS actually came with a grey felt bag, with a small Sony Logo printed on it.
The 7600 GR came with a similar one but in black leatherette.
Both are of a similar design with a flap that goes over the top like a document wallet.
There is no provision to use the radios in the case (i.e special cut-outs for controls etc)
All the 7600 radios are a similar size so they should be interchangeable but I haven't tried that.

It is too late here to do any photos and I'm not sure where the 7600GR is at the moment.
My Panasonic RF-B40 is the radio that is getting used as it sounds better.
I wonder if you could use a soft case for a small netbook or similar.
