Hello! I'm delighted to see the work that is currently done to manufacture a replacement centre gear for the DD-line of walkmans. Hope to revive my DD3 in a near future. Meanwhile I enjoy cassettes on a daily basis in my car. I'm fortunate to have a decent car with a decent deck. I record on a Denon DRM-800 and bring along. There is something really rewarding with listening to cassettes. They are slow to manage and far from perfect, which makes them interesting. Just as life in general
