New member here from Denmark! I've been collecting records for about a year and now I'm looking to expand my hobby into the walkman territory I mainly collect classic rock/pop and soundtracks, but I listen to pretty much any genre that has something worth listening to (I haven't found one that doesn't so far haha!) I would love to expand my vintage audio hobby to the portable kind. Hope you all will help me, and I will try and help how I can Bedste hilsner, Patrick
Welcome Aembler, thanks for joining this great hobby and forum. Most of us share the same audio loves so post anything. I'm a huge fan of soundtracks as well, some of my favorites are Repo Man, Escape From New York, Valley Girl, any Clint Eastwood Western with Ennio Morricone and a lot more, the old James Bond Albums always had the cool Jacket and music. If you don't have a player, just start looking, there's a ton out there but they're old and may need new belts or other work. I'd find them at thrift stores and garage sales all the time, although the gems are a little harder to find.
