Greetings from Ohio, USA. My background is electronics via military and civilian occupations. I fell in love with boom boxes in the 80's when I could first afford one. Magnavox, Akai, Panasonic, JVC were all experimented with. None were left original as I love to modify. Currently I am playing with two RX-c300: one National and one Panasonic. Bought the National for parts only but didn't have the heart to. Currently repairing and repainting, wood putty on speakers, belt replacement and the whole nine yards.
