Having thought that, later in the day I read that the only episode of The Simpsons that isn't available for streaming is one featuring Michael Jackson.
Years ago I bought the Time-Life Beavis and Butthead DVD Collection, little did I know the dirty rats cut out all of the music video commentary and that was the funniest part! Something about not wanting to pay royalties for the music, then there was Dokken's Dream Warriors excluded from the VHS release of Nightmare on Elm Street, they didn't want to pay Dokken Royalties for the song.
