Just noticed this little problem with my Sanyo M7735L boombox. It has a loud buzzing sound in the left hand channel when recording from the built in microphones. It plays and records perfectly fine from the radio and line-in, but haven't tried external microphones as I dont have any. Its not really a massive problem as I dont use that function but it would be nice to know what could be causing it and if it can be fixed.
I'd start with the rec line in switch, maybe a little electronics cleaner in there and you might get some sound. I'm no expert but I'd check that and the mic wires, if someone pulled it apart before (maybe for a belt) those tiny mic wires might have been tugged out off of the mics.
