    I have got to like that, after buying a CFS45L (the European version with Longwave) new back in 1980.
    It cost me about two weeks wages and was purchased after months of looking at different models.
    I think it was still the cheapest Sony stereo boombox back then.

    It has that recessed dial that didn't seem to last to long, I've got the CFM-23 (trash find) and I might have the 45 or one just like it that was also an orphan.
