hi someone can help me about a problem on wm r2? i need service manual because it doesn't record . play ok /switch play- rec ok/ erase ok. you cannot heard recorded voice. you heard like it records in play back but without voice with internal and external microphone. hot line????? thank you for answers
I don't see the R2 manual, here's a link to the WM-2 Manual https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/sony/wm-2.shtml Did you check the foam pad under the cassette tape, it sounds like that may have fallen off and the tape is not making full contact with the record head.
Hi thank you for your suggestions. I need Wmr2 service manual because I want to follow the record signal and where is bias . It is impossible to find it.i tried 2 cassettes and foam is present.there is a little reduction of sound recording after 1-2 second.i will clean well the switch but it could be some cap.
Play goes well an so the head should be in correct position and work . How does it is possible to try if head is in correct record position?
