Stuff that sold for Silly prices

    Yesterday we were discussing the silly prices some items go for, presumably so they can sit on someones shelf.
    Browsing Ebay today I spotted

    £165 for a sealed DCC! Checking out other completed auctions used copies on DCC are available for around £25 while someone is selling an "Immaculate Condition" used CD for £1.40 including postage.

    I wonder if the person who bought the sealed DCC has any intention of opening it, or whether they even have a DCC player to play it on.

    I missed this one :biggrin:
    This is a collectible item and I agree that is overpriced but its not common to find it in mint condition.
    I am looking for this item in minidisc format (sealed).

    It’s obviously not silly money for the person that bought it, good luck to them.
