Or do they need unsoldering from the tweeters that they are linked to ? Which do have resistance
Yeh no resistance in Either bass , which means i am kidding myself about testing it first or somehow fried them with no power ?!

No I removed the board/deck in one piece then removed the tape transport , one 4 point plug for the speakers and a couple of others with brown...
double checked all connectors , all seem good, gonna come apart again and i am gonna go over all faders etc and see if that works
