100% bad caps They all need replacing and hope the capacitor piss has not eaten the board too much happens to all AIWA models from the time.
Have the pinch rollers been replaced ? If not how did you clean the old ones? I use Isopropyl and a micro fibre cloth and rubber roller restorer.

I had to adjust with no tape inserted so adjusted less that the width of the tip of the screw driver each time
When pressing play The 2 x azimuth screws are just accessible with a flat blade screw driver and they only needed a slight adjustment for playback...
