1989 DoDeCaHorn, I think we finally have the full brochure! Some of the top models look very, very nice. Boombox people, I have the CFS-DW60, which is noticably absent in this brochure. It looks alot like the DW80 but nicer with tiny control buttons, not big piano keys like the DW80. Personally I think it's one of the nicest dual deck boomers and it weighs a ton. Why wasn't it included in this catalog?

 

Oh yea, check out the SS-C5 brackets and mini speakers for the DW80, I'd love to have some of that.

 

1982.4, I looked around and didn't see this one but it might have already been posted. One of my favorites, I have all but maybe three of these units including the super-duper rare M-1000 Birding Edition (Bronze). The Yen averaged 249 to one dollar so the WM-D6 would have been $240 USD. I'm sure there was added costs when shipped to other countries, I'd have to look through the newspaper ads for the more common WM-2 and get an idea what the mark-up is. It is helpful to see what headphones are recommended, I think retailers would have the "H-AIR" Display so you could get them a-la-carte.

1982.2, the ultra-cool Sony WA-55, I love to call the "brick" series cuz they were huge. It looks like from the middle photo that it was kind of a fashion accessory.
