This is on US Ebay, an early Standard Radio Cassette Player SR-182. For those that don't know, Superscope (Marantz) used Standard Radio to build their iconic solid-state equipment. In 1974 Superscope bought controlling shares of the company, the first for a USA Corporation in Japan. Those push buttons look a lot like what you would find on a Maranz Reciever, wonder if the dial has a blue light?

From Philips 1965 R2R Catalog, an early mention of compact cassettes! Anybody know what car this is? My Spitfire had a passenger shelf like this but it was newer.

One of Panasonic's first Boomboxes, the RF-7270 from 1969 on ebay. I guess the seller doesn't know that the handle can go down and used like a kick stand. These early models are well-built with nice moving knobs and dials and crisp clicks and this style was only popular for maybe two or three years. Optional mounting kit for your car, this would have been a high end car deck back then when AM ruled and only the Cadillacs had 8-track.

This is a wild one, check out the transport buttons, what's going on here? I don't think I've ever seen this layout before, I wonder if Sanyo built these but they were outdated before shipping so they sold them off to Sears? The first three digits on the back "564" indicate Sanyo built it but the Sears Logo is just basic lettering and doesn't match their font. This looks like it could be pre-1970, maybe I can find an old catalog with it.....
