Actually this is a top of the range digital player with serious audiophile thinking behind its design with some odd features added of questionable usefulness such as the android and the cheap software joke the Vinyl Processor that ads surface noise of a playing vinyl record to your music. As the saying goes , a camel is a horse designed by committee , that's what happens when you try to please everybody . The worst part is that this SONY WALKMAN comes with no earphones and certainly that will please nobody , that is sad.
Funny that you said that Machaneus, as a young design student, I hated working in groups, I either wanted to fail big or succeed big, but didn't want a glossed over version of my original design. Today's world is group think, most products are homogenized to death and the stand out features, that may or may not be breathtaking, are left out. I'm sure android paid handsomely to be put on to watch us, what other reason would it be on there for, oh well, I still have my Olympus Robe to mess around with.
