Ok, thanks for the explanation for the motor, I won't mess around with it for now. Also, now days, even junk is having the price, not that cheap any more so it is more and more difficult now to obtain a proper donors, especially in smaller countries. For the past few years I was closely monitoring the market here in Norway and I was able only once to see and buy a couple of donor units for reasonable price. I will stick to your advice and assumption that this W&F is something we can consider "good enough" as I cant chase perfection with the units 25+ years old with unknown usage background + I have my wm-ex672 and Aiwa EX-200MKII with super stable speed and W&F of under 0,15% wrms in both directions, so I am using them more often than others as its not just stability I like with those two units but the sound as well.
